The story of this family business began in 1972, when Hilaire Mendoza set up a forestry operation<\/strong> in Laignes, in the heart of the Burgundy mountains. In 1975, it became a sawmill specializing in oak processing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Since then, the passion for this natural material, expertise and know-how have been passed on to each generation<\/strong>: in 1987, Hilaire’s three sons, Martial, Christian and Francis, took over from their father at the helm of Scierie Mendoza.
